Il existe deux autres exemplaires connus du chapeau-chaussure : l’un à talon noir, identique à celui du Palais Galliera est conservé au Metropolitan Museum of Art de NewYork ; l’autre à talon rouge, appartenait à la collection du bottier Andrea Pfister.
There are two other known examples of the shoe hat : one with a black heel, identical to the one in the Palais Galliera, is kept in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York ; the other with a red heel belonged to the collection of the bootmaker Andrea Pfister.
